SELFMINI provides customized mini replicas of individuals based on photos submitted by customers. These replicas are 3D printed and designed to capture the likeness of the subject. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, high-quality photos and agree that the final product may vary slightly due to the 3D printing process.
2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment through UPI, net banking, and credit cars.
- Orders will only be processed once payment is received.
3. Delivery
- Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the customer and the complexity of the order. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon confirmation of the order.
- SELFMINI is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Personalization and Accuracy
- The quality and likeness of the final replica depend on the quality of the images you provide. Make sure that the photos are clear, well-lit, and show the person from different angles.
- By submitting images, you affirm that you have the right to use them, and that they are not copyrighted by any third party.
- We strive to create replicas as close as possible to the provided images. However, there may be slight differences due to the nature of the 3D modeling and printing process.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
- In case of a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence and will work to rectify the issue either by providing a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
6. User-Generated Content
- By uploading photos and providing details for customization, you grant SELFMINI the right to use, modify, and display these materials for the purpose of creating your product.
- We respect your privacy and will not use your photos or likeness for marketing or advertising without your explicit permission.
